No Refunds
Because lash extensions cannot be reused, refunds are not available. I do have a 72-hour guarantee where after getting a new set or a fill, you notice something's wonky with them or more than usual fall out, if you let me know within 72-hours after your appointment, I'll be happy to get you back in for a complimentary fill!

Late, Cancellations, and No-Shows
A card on file will be required to hold an appointment. 24 hours before your appointment, you'll receive a confirmation text and email. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do it then. If cancellations happen less than 12 hours before your appointment, you'll be charge 50% of the appointment cost. No call no shows will be charged 100% of the appointment cost.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, that appointment will have to be rescheduled.
